EXCELLENCE IN TRACKING
DiaTrack 3.03
This new version brings dramatic improvements in terms of speed and scale of applications that can be addressed. It introduces advanced object segmentation, with over 10 features available, such as area, eccentricity, diameter etc. It is possible to plot the evolution of every feature along trajectories, as well as their distributions at various aggregation levels. This release introduces function handles as a way for users to select trajectories based on their own criteria, as well as to extract and plot their own statistics from trajectories. The number of built-in analysis functions has been multiplied by at least four, with powerful descriptors such as displacement effectiveness or orientation entropy at the user’s fingertips. Functionalities to edit particles or tracks have been updated for greater usability. Diatrack 3.03 also brings batch processing in the spotlight.
