Instead of processing one object at a time, our software considers all possible displacements of all targets simultaneously. This allows to return globally optimal tracks.

Using this technology, targets that are very similar to each others, densely packed, or very mobile can also be handled. This is critical in many applications, from tracking fluorescent proteins in vivo, to mapping fluid flows.

Based on iterative fitting of Gaussian profiles on particles, Super-resolution down to 0.01 pixels is possible.
